Welcome to EK Health Tourism. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all patients and visitors using our platform to book medical travel services in Turkey.

2. Our Role as a Facilitator

EK Health Tourism acts strictly as a medical tourism facilitator. We are not a medical provider. We do not perform surgeries or medical treatments. Our role is to connect international patients with third-party medical providers (hospitals, clinics, and surgeons) and assist with logistics such as travel, accommodation, and transfers.

3. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on this website is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The final decision regarding any medical procedure lies solely between the patient and the medical professional. EK Health Tourism is not liable for the outcome of any medical treatment.

4. Booking and Payments

To secure your operation date, a deposit may be required. The remaining balance is typically paid upon arrival in Turkey. All prices are subject to change based on the customized treatment plan provided by the medical team.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival may be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 15 days of the scheduled date are non-refundable. Flight tickets and third-party bookings are subject to their own cancellation policies.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within United States, New York for the resolution of any disputes.
